Tank unit:
250L carbon steel tank for Pol component.

  1. 250L carbon steel tank for Iso component.
  2. 100L Stainless steel liner tank for additive component.
  3. All tanks are rated at 4 bars
  4. All tanks have a level control system, including 2 level control probes and a safety switch.
  5. All tanks are double-layer tanks with an outer insulation water jacket. ISO and POLYOL tank water jackets are equipped with water safety valves.
  6. All tanks have feeding function, discharging function, and the total shut-off valve is installed at the bottom of the tank.
  7. All tanks are equipped with a stirrer at a speed of 60 rpm.
  8. All tanks are equipped with temperature control probes (PT100 type)
  9. The top of all tanks is equipped with an overpressure safety valve, and the water clamp is equipped with a water safety valve.
  10. All tanks are wrapped with insulation material.  
  11. All tanks have a heater for temperature control, but 80L/min cooling water (8-16ºC) will be supplied by customer.
Component pump part:
  1. Iso component pump, imported from Germany KRACHT brand pump KF150 with Siemens AC motor, maximum flow about 3,000 g/s, injection accuracy (±2%). To avoid leakage, a magnetic coupling set between motor and pump. A flow meter and Siemens inverter for flow and weight closed loop control.
  2. Pol component pump, imported from Germany KRACHT brand pump KF150 with Siemens AC motor, maximum flow about 2,600 g/s, injection accuracy (±2%). To avoid leakage, a magnetic coupling set between motor and pump. A flow meter and Siemens inverter for flow and weight closed loop control.
  3. Additive component pump, imported from Germany KRACHT brand pump KF25 with Siemens AC motor, maximum flow about 500 g/s, injection accuracy (±2%). To avoid leakage, a magnetic coupling set between motor and pump. A flow meter and Siemens inverter for flow and weight closed loop control.
  4. Graphite component, a screw conveyor transfers graphite in flow 450g/s to a buff tank and be weighted, weight accuracy (±2%).

Injection and mixing system:
  1. This machine is designed with a mixture capacity 30-60kg.
  2. The mixing batch is drove by a hydraulic piston, stroke 700mm for easily remove mould.
  3. The mixer is drove A 4kw Siemens AC motor and control by Siemens inverter.
  4. The height of mixer is adjustable.
  5. Rotation and tumbling effect mixer to mix mixture.
  6. Double-deck batch is drove by 4 cylinders, outside of batch is made by steel with sealing, internal of batch is profiling plate with vacuum holes.
  7. The sealing and profiling plate are changeable.
  8. There will be a plastic film to separate batch and mixture, the film needs to be changed for each block production.
  9. The design will have good ergonomics position for putting and removing plastic film.
  10. A safety locker to lock each half batch during putting and removing plastic film.
  11. 2 turbines to suck plastic film on profiling plate, and a control box with 2 buttons to start/stop turbines.
  12. A control box with 2 buttons to open/close batch when placing plastic film.
  13. The graphite buff tank is set above batch, a gate controls graphite feeding in batch by program.
  14. A vibrating motor to make sure empty buff tank when gate opened.
  15. A blower to reduce material drop after injection valve closed, the blowing is programed.
Electric control system:
  1. The main control system adopts SIEMENS products, including PLC, touch screen and frequency converter.
  2. Pid control for Pol, Iso and additive components.
  3. Motor relays and breakers are Siemens brand.
  4. Provide remote diagnosis/control service.
  5. 2 channel safety relay for safety line.
  6. The process can be programmed according to customer's technological requirements.
  7. All non-fatal error parameters of the system can be changed inside the screen.
  8. Provide up to 100 recipe settings and administrative permissions.
